Return & Exchange Policy

At Oatcher Wear, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an incorrect, damaged or unsuitable item, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions below.
Exchange Period
A return or exchange request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Requests submitted after 7 days may not be accepted unless required by applicable consumer law.
Eligibility Requirements
An item is eligible only if it is:

Unworn, unwashed and unused

Unaltered and free from damage

Returned with its original tags and packaging

Free from perfume, makeup, stains or other marks

Accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase
All returned items will be inspected before an exchange or refund is approved.
Size Exchanges
Size exchanges are accepted within 7 days, subject to availability.
If the requested size is unavailable, the customer may be offered another eligible item or store credit. Any price difference must be paid by the customer.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:

Photographs or an unedited opening video showing the parcel and item
If the claim is approved, Oatcher Wear will arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, store credit or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect:

Sale or clearance items

Customised or made-to-order items

Altered or stitched items

Accessories
-
Items without original tags or packaging

Items that have been worn, washed or damaged after delivery
Colour and Measurement Differences
Product colours may vary slightly because of photography, lighting and individual screen settings. Minor colour differences are not considered defects.
Small measurement variations may occur because of fabric type, stitching and manual measurement.
Return Shipping Charges
For a size exchange or change-of-mind request, the customer is responsible for return and replacement shipping charges.
If Oatcher Wear sends an incorrect, damaged or defective item and the claim is approved, Oatcher Wear will cover the applicable return or replacement shipping cost.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the order was incorrect or defective.
Refunds
Oatcher Wear does not offer cash refunds for change-of-mind or size-related requests.
A refund may be approved when:

An incorrect item was delivered

An item has a confirmed manufacturing defect

An item was damaged during delivery

A prepaid item becomes unavailable
Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the order and payment type.
Refunds are normally processed within 7–14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Bank processing times may vary.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be handled according to this Return and Exchange Policy.
International Orders
International return or exchange requests are subject to eligibility, applicable consumer laws and approval by Oatcher Wear.
Customers are generally responsible for international return shipping, customs duties and taxes unless an incorrect or defective item was delivered.
How to Request an Exchange or Return
Before sending an item back, contact our customer-support team with your order number, reason for the request and relevant photographs.
Do not return an item without receiving instructions and approval from Oatcher Wear.
